Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is going to release the advertisement of DDA Flats Allotment Scheme 2014 very soon. According to the news sources, DDA officials interview DDA have so many un-allotte flats left after DDA flats allotment scheme held in year 2010.
By this scheme DDA is going to provide an opportunity to the people who are willing to have their own house in Delhi against affordable prices. Its going to be a good news for the people who are willing for it.
The flats which are going to be the part of this scheme are from the category of 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK. The price ranges, notification, advertisements etc. are yet to be announced. But according to the sources the price can start from 9 lac and cross 1.12 crores.
In year 2010, DDA launched scheme to allot 16,000 flats in the various parts of Delhi i.e. Vasant Kunj, Rohini, Dwarka, Motia Khan, Mukherjee Nagar, Molarband etc.
To apply for this scheme, a person must be a legal India with at least 18 years of age. According to the rules an regulations of DDA its quite clear that one person can apply for online flat with one application form only.
